Shrink Prostate

I recently wrote a blog post entitled medical care, Obama, And The Natural Health And Wellness Solution debating how given the medical care debate and the astronomic medicare cost that have led straight to that debate, that alternative practitioners as well as conventional doctors that use alternative approaches should be given more liberty to practice.

I pointed out the fact that I do not believe the current suggested health care plan will help, in part, as it does nothing about the most critical issue, and that's the expense of the currently recognized treatments employed for our most deadly and devitalizing sicknesses ; in addition, it may actually, in time, prohibit more medical freedoms.

On the other hand I also pointed out that those that advocate the laissez faire market approach to medical care in large part will help frame laws or sit idly by while laws are framed that may restrict their choice to select an alternative specialist if they select to do so.

This would allow more competition into the market and help drive cost down. However as i said in the article cited above there are those that are truly not interested in free market solutions, but rather slick ways to monopolize the market which they have just done.

That leads me to the important part of this post...

Maximum Prostate Supplement

According to the North County Times Prosecutors recently brought criminal charges against a California family doctor charged with promising terminally unwell cancer patients that they could be cured with an herbal treatment. According to reports, Dr Christine Daniel, using her influence as an ordained Pentecostal minister tapped into the vessel of faith to lure folk from across the nation to try her regimen.

The reports indicate that she even appeared on the Trinity Broadcasting Network in 2002 recommending her cancer cure and its 60 % success rate, according to Fed investigators. Authorities arrested Daniel, fifty five, at her San Fernando Valley home in October and charged her with 2 counts each of wire and mail crime. If found guilty, she's facing up to 80 years in prison.

In all, Fed. prosecutors announced Daniel siphoned about $1.1 million from 50 five families between 2001 and 2004. At least 6 patients varying in age from 4 to sixty-nine died within seven months after seeing Daniel is what's being claimed. 'This is an example of a doctor who is preying on the most vulnerable folks in our society,' expounded aid U.S. Attorney, Joseph Johns. He also announced [*CO]'These patients were told they were being cured, but they were being eaten alive by cancer.'.

A telephone message left for Daniel's counsel, Manuel Miller, was not returned right away. Prosecutors claimed Daniel concocted a cure known, among other names, as'C-Extract' that she exposed would help treat cancer and other abnormalities like multiple sclerosis, hepatitis, and Alzheimer's and Parkinson's sicknesses.

Some of her patients were drawn to her from her appearance on TBN's'Praise the Lord.' according to a North County Times article. The article claims that Daniel told spectators she picked up herbs from around the globe, and, when they were mixed with prayer, there had been a good chance their cancer might be cured.

How Many die of Chemo?
Though not all is understood concerning the events that besieged the patients of Dr. Daniel ( thus I'm neither for or against her categorical treatment/s ) one has to ask if in fact her patients were terminally sick what was the chance that they would have lived with traditional treatments and if those treatments were shown to hasten their death would the providers also have been arrested?

For instance the BBC news carried a tale in November of 2008 of a study that discovered in'a review of six hundred cancer patients who died within 30 days of treatment discovered that in more than a quarter of cases it really hastened or caused death.

The report by the state confidential Enquiry into Patient end result and Death said doctors should think about reducing doses or not using chemical treatment at all... The group of patients the independent group was taking a look at represents 2% of the eighty thousand people who receive chemo each year.'

The study'found that in 27% of cases it hastened or caused death - the noxious nature of the treatment can lead to a variety of issues, the most heavy of which is an infection called neutropenic sepsis.'

Now that study looked at just a relatively small quantity of folks that actually receive chemotherapy so one might imagine just what quantity of people are dying from the medication and yet a GP that attempts to use an alternative approach is arrested and charged.
